Module 10: First Response (5 hour course)
November 11 @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
All adult Leaders in Scouting MUST undergo some form of First Aid training training every 3 years in order to continue in their role within Scouting.
Adults in Scouting with an external First Aid qualification will need to contact their TA in order to see if it covers the necessary topics for Scouting.
This 6 hour FULL course is available to those in Scouting who are doing the training for the first time or whose First Aid has expired.
The course may finish earlier depending on questions and feedback discussion.
Full training will be given in every aspect of First Aid in Scouting. Please bring a packed lunch with you and be sure to wear comfortable clothing as some aspects of the training may require you to lie/kneel down on the floor.
Light refreshments will be provided
To book on this course, please contact Jon Bliss ltm[at]wetherbydistrictscouts.org.uk giving your full name and group.
Please remember to let your GSL and/or TA know you are attending this course (for validation and training records)
