Welcome to the Wetherby District Scouts Website. Wetherby District Scouts offer everyday fun and adventure to over 1100 young people supported by over 250 adult volunteers. Almost every day of the week Scouting will be taking place somewhere near you.

Wetherby District with its 14 Scout Groups is a part of the worldwide Scout Movement started in 1907 by Robert Baden Powell that now has over 30 million members enjoying Scouting in over 210 countries.

Scouting is open to all young people – boys and girls aged 6 to 25 of every faith and background. There are also many opportunities for adults to become involved as Leaders, Managers or administrators and via flexible volunteering we will make sure that your Scouting fits in with your other commitments.

If you like the idea of adventure, fun, making new friends, learning new skills, contributing to your community, camping, challenge and making a real impact on the life of people in your community then whatever your age why not give Scouting a try.
