Adult Recruitment

Welcome to the Wetherby District Scouts support page for adult recruitment, which is open to everyone. It is intended to be a useful source of advice and information for anyone involved in recruiting adults into scouting.

We held a successful recruitment workshop on 14th September and more information can be found on our SharePoint site here. It includes the presentation from Elizabeth Wells, the Central Yorkshire Growth and Development Officer, and the pack of handouts given to all participants.

The pack includes links to the wealth of recruitment support and materials available on The Scouts website and brand centre. A good place to start is the recruitment ‘Top Tips’  and the ‘Are You Recruitment Ready’ self-assessment tool.
