Volunteer

Scouting runs entirely on volunteers. People from all walks of life help in many different ways to support us in providing life changing adventure and skills for life to young people in the Wetherby District.

There is so much you could offer, and you can give as much or as little time as you want to. We will tailor the opportunities and support to suit you, and you do not need to have been a Scout or Guide in the past to join us.

There really is a role for everyone, ranging from working directly with young people, to supporting, management and trustee roles. There is support and training to help you get the most out of any role in Scouting. We are always on the lookout for new people with new ideas to help improve what we do.
