Young leaders receive their belts

Here in Wetherby we have a very active Young Leader Section. Most of our groups benefit from these Explorer Scouts who give their time to help with the younger sections. Recently we have been able to award 2 of these Young People with their Young Leader Belt. This is the top award for Young Leaders and is awarded to them after they have completed 11 modules, giving them the skills and knowledge to be successful in their role, and 4 Missions which is where they put everything they’ve learnt throughout the Scheme into practice. Congratulations to Georgia and Aaron on gaining these awards.
