District Executive Committee Members

Do you have teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent and objective judgement – all coupled with a passion for supporting young people?

If so, we could use your experience, skills and talents as a charity trustee on the Wetherby District Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee holds evening meetings around 6 to 8 times a year. Its main role is to support the strategy and operation of Wetherby District Scouts and to support the District Commissioner in delivering high quality scouting.

We welcome people with a range of skills and experiences that can provide strategic support for the District. Previous scouting experience is not necessary as full training and support will be provided.

You will be supported by the District Chair and these roles require a DBS check.
