Leaders and Assistant Leaders for Wetherby (St James) Scout Group 

Wetherby (St James) Scout Group provide enjoyable and challenging activities for young people to work together to learn new skills, help those around them and build self- confidence 

We are looking for people to join our team of adult volunteers, who want to have fun and who want to help shape the lives of young people in our community.  

You don’t need to have Scouting experience – common sense and an enthusiasm to work with young people are all that is required.  We provide training and lots of support every step of the way.  

We have opportunities for leaders and assistant leaders across three age ranges: 

Mondays 

Beaver Scouts (6 – 8 yrs) 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Cub Scouts (8 – 10.5 yrs) 6.30pm – 7.45pm
Scouts (10.5 – 14 yrs) 7.45pm – 9.15pm  

You don’t have to be available every week, this can be a shared role so whatever time you can give is fine.
